In order to be able to provide the best service to all of our clients, we limit our in person meetings during tax season.  But don't worry - we are never more than a chat away and can set up a video meeting for consultations or anything outside the scope of your tax preparation.  You can expect to receive messages and/or phone calls as we work through your tax return preparation in order to ensure we have as much detail as possible. 

We don't publish specific pricing for our return preparation services, and some have said we are on the higher end of pricing, but when we come in under the "big box" or "chain" tax firms pricing *and* provide what we believe is a superior service, we feel like we're doing pretty good!  We can tell you that personal returns start around $425 and business (corporate) returns start around $1495. 

Yes!  And we're glad you asked about that!  Even better, our portal is mobile optimized so you can upload your documents, fill out your organizer, chat with your tax preparer, pay your invoices, and so much more - all with the convenience of your smartphone. 

This calls for the accountant's favorite answer: It depends!  But really, it does depend - on the complexity of your return, the time of year, and whether we have all your information.  You can help to speed up the process by signing your engagement letter right away and making sure your organizer is completed and documents are uploaded in a timely fashion.  Our general preparation timeline is 2-3 weeks for most tax returns.  You will get updates in your portal notifying you as your return moves through our preparation and review process.
